All rates are per property per night. We ask that the minimum stay during high season is 7 nights but all other times is a minimum stay is 4 nights unless agreed with us before booking.  We are happy to be as flexible as possible. 

Well behaved dogs are always welcome at Treth House and the local beach is dog friendly all year. Dogs are charged at £30 per dog per week (maximum 2 dogs due to space) 

Prices quoted are for up to four people; there is a surcharge of £3 per night to cover additional laundry costs if there are more than four guests.

A one off charge of £60 will be incurred for the deep cleaning and change over of the home for all stays. 

Rent includes all bed linen, hand towels and bath towels.  Extra blankets are also provided. There are no beach towels so please bring your own. Basic provisions will be provided such as bin bags, washing powder, hand wash, cleaning products etc. 

We prefer payment by online transfer please. 50% of the rental is due at the time of booking, the balance a minimum of 60 days before arrival.

We require a £100 damage deposit paid upon booking which is returned, subject to inventory check, as soon as possible after departure, except for returning guests. 

Refunds due to cancellations are at the discretion of the owners. If cancellation is made within a reasonable time then we are happy to move the booking or refund some or all of the amount. Please contact us for more information.
